Bio
Philip Jarmain’s career initially started as a commercial photographer in advertising and a fine art photographer. His personal work has been in exhibitions in San Francisco, Miami, New York, Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver with the work receiving positive reviews from international press publications such as The Daily Mail UK, The Guardian, Huffington Post, The Atlantic, Architectural Digest, GQ, Casa Vogue and several more.
Philip believes that motion is one of the most powerful mediums for storytelling and now works primarily as a director of photography and director on commercials and other short form video projects.
Philip has just recently completed his first feature length documentary as a writer, director and producer. The film features women in motorsports and follows the paths of three young female drivers from regional grass roots amateur racing to professional motorsports across North America.
